Extra curricular activities

We offer a range of extra curricular activities across the school -  lunchtime clubs, enrichment groups and afternoons, trips out, visitors, residential trips and various school teams.

We are proud of the achievements that many of our children gain through taking part in these activities.

At the infant site, weekly enrichment activities for all KS1 children include French, additional IT and music, philosophy, gymnastics, art, outdoor learning, drama, choir and book club.

There are also opportunities for children to learn chess, French and Ukuleli at a small cost.

An environmental group and School Council allow children to develop their leadership skills, give children a voice and help make decisions that impact the school. Our more able children enjoy weekly further challenge activities.

After school sport takes place twice weekly, letters with details are sent home - look out for them in book bags.

Similar opportunities can be found at the juniors.

Details of our vast range of sporting opportunities and successes can be found on our Sports page.

Details of choir, chess and environmental groups and be found here.

We also organise a range of activities throughout the school that extend and broaden the curriculum with a range of visits, visitors and opportunities for children to showcase their talents and work. Please see our WOW page to get a flavour of these.

Visit our Gallery and GTMA pages to see examples of further extra curricular opportunities on offer to our children.
