Welcome to our Year 4 page!

Our Year 4 cohort is made up of five classes: Acer, Fern, Lime, Palm and Pine.

Welcome to the Summer term!

This half term, we will be learning about the Anglo-Saxons in History, we will be learning about mini-beasts in Science and we will be continuing with our Strings lessons in Music. 

In June, Year 4 children will all complete the mandatory government times table check. This is a formal assessment and will test all times tables up to 12x12. Please encourage your child to practise as much as they can on Times Table Rockstars. We have been practising these all year long and we feel confident that they will be ready.

On this page, you will be able to find weekly spellings for the current half-term and optional homework. Please read our curriculum newsletter which has lots of extra information on it about the term and all of the new PE/homework changes.
