Week beginning 17/01/2022

We can't wait to have another exciting week with you in school.

If you are self-isolating, please check the timetable below to see which lessons your class will be completing on each day. Please only complete the lessons you will miss, otherwise you will have to repeat these when you are back in school.

As always, reading is incredibly important!

Well done to Acer class who won the school Reading trophy in merit assembly last week. Remember to read at least 4 times at home every week and record this in your organiser. Let's make sure another Year 4 class win again this week!

In maths this week we will begin our work looking at fractions. Refresh your memory of these maths vocabulary words that will relate to our topic:

Numerator
Denominator
Unit fraction
Non-unit fraction

In English this week we will be continuing to look at our text - Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. We will specifically be looking at using persuasive language to write a letter to Mr Wonka.
